 Your Spa Visit At The Kindest Cut SpaSalon, we respect your privacy. Under no circumstances will there be a SpaSalon professional present when you disrobe. All clients will be provided with a large sheet to drape themselves or with a bathrobe and slippers depending on the service being performed. |

| We have a locker room where you may store personal belongings. Clients are provided a lock and key. Clients are requested to retain the key around the wrist or ankle. Appointments & Early Arrival Please allow one week to secure a preferred time. A credit card will be necessary to hold a reservation. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for preparation time. We will attempt to accommodate late arriving clients, however, it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule some services. Late arrivals will be charged for full service. Cancellations All Spa services requiring an hour or more require a credit card deposit at the time of booking. While we prefer 24 hours notice we will accept cancellations up to 6 PM the day before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after the 6 pm deadline will be charged 100% of the service booked. No shows and cancellation made after our deadline Will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late arrivals will be charged for full service. Gift Certificates SpaSalon gift certificates are perfect for anyone, including your wife, husband, parents, friends & co-workers. Our certificates are available for specific dollar amounts, services and spa packages. See our front desk for more information. Spa Package Adjustments Spa package adjustments may be made during the scheduling of an appointment. No refunds are available for unused services. Services are non-transferable.
