Covid-19 Policies

The Kindest Cut Salon values our guests' safety and health first and foremost. To ensure everyone's safety while in the salon, we have implemented some new procedures. At this time, we are making reservations by appointment ONLY. We ask that each person who enters our salon keeps a mask on at all times. Please call us before coming in for your appointment so that we can maintain 50% capacity in the salon. Please come to your appointment by yourself! If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment. We will be temperature checking each guest as well as each team member upon arrival. 

We are working diligently to sanitize high-touch surfaces as well as chairs and stations. At this time, we are asking that our guests refrain from grabbing products from our shelves. We will assist you with getting products. Please ask our front desk associates or your stylist for any help!

At the Kindest Cut, we accept cancellations 24 hours prior to scheduled service, If you cancel without notice or no show you will be charged 100% of your service. A valid credit card is required to reserve any appointment. If you are running late, please try and reach us as soon as possible. If you are 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your service and a cancellation fee will apply.

We realize you may need to try a different stylist!  Whether it's a scheduling conflict or just to get a different perspective, the team at TKC highly recommends switching it up! Please ask for a referral and we will be sure to set you up with the right stylist. 

Regrettably we cannot add gratuity onto credit cards, we can accept it by cash or personal check. We apologize for any inconvenience 


If you are unsure on what service is best for you and your hair, we would love to sit and have a consultation with you. We suggest making a reservation for a consultation prior to scheduling your service. We can't wait to meet you! 

Services & Retail 

The Kindest Cut Team always wants you to love your hair, so if you are not happy with your service, please give us a call no more than a week after the original service date. We will schedule you for a re-do service so we can correct or adjust to your satisfaction. We do not provide monetary refunds..

If you are unhappy with any product purchased from us, you may exchange it or receive a product credit for future use within 14 days of original purchase date. We do not provide monetary refunds on products.
